CleanFuego Starter Youth - 12 & Under

The CleanFuego Starter has a leather exterior for the feel of a baseball; however, it doesn’t have the same center of mass like a baseball or like we've done with the CleanFuego regulation and overload. This makes the Fuego Starter much easier to throw “cleanly” and without wobbling

When we tested the Fuego Starter with some of our pro guys that we knew had poor spin efficiency, most would make it fly clean easily and often.

So, not great for development at higher levels, but the Fuego Starter is useful for young athletes transitioning grips and

CleanFuego Regulation 5.25 oz - Highschool

The CleanFuego Regulation is an elite baseball training tool we invented to help athletes at the big-league level improve their spin efficiency, help grip and transitions (position players), and work on pitch design (pitchers).

We took 2 years to R&D and designed 42 prototypes to make sure Fuego helped guys improve.

Fuego is made of plastic to mitigate as many external influences as possible that may influence flight. When training with Fuego, you rely on immediate visual feedback. Water logging, stitches popping, scuffing and other elements could manipulate flight and provide false feedback. We were determined to make sure Fuego lasted and was reliable at any moment.

If you feel Fuego is slick out of the package, you need to rub it with mud, grass, sweat, spit, or whatever. After a few sessions throwing with it, the slickness will be gone.

We scientifically designed Fuego to replicate a baseball and considered important nuances like the weight, circumference, center of mass and stitch height. This makes Fuego mercilessly precise, so you always have to be throwing efficiently to get it to fly right.

CleanFuego Regulation & Overload - College & Pros

As you advance as an elite baseball player, you can incorporate the CleanFuego Overload 8oz into your routine.

We originally created the blue Fuego Overload to help ballplayers that may sometimes subconsciously cut during their weighted ball training. Athletes find they sometimes overcompensate for the added weight and make movements they wouldn't normally make when throwing a baseball. Fuego will wobble or cut if you're doing that.

And, with pitchers, the Fuego Overload is useful for guys because it emphasizes FEEL. The added weight allows for added degree of touch to make nuanced discoveries that may be impactful. Things like - How am I releasing - pads or tips? If I run the stitch next to my finger, does that feel better? How was my wrist orientation on that pitch? Too much rotation?

CleanFuego FLyos - Everyone

The CleanFuego Flyos are useful for any aged baseball player. The Fuego Flyos are made of a material that allows athletes to warm-up against a wall, so you don't need of a throwing partner or net. You can also throw them at the ground or lay on your back and toss them up towards a ceiling. They have a texture and stitches, so you can easily blend a Flyo with a baseball.

The Flyos are an excellent supplement to weighted plyometric balls. They provide the feel of a plyometric ball with the added visual benefits of a CleanFuego.

The shape of a regular plyometric ball can promote the "sand" hitting the back of the ball when you throw them. This can potentially encourage a more supinated throw; whereas, Flyos centralize the "sand" in the ball. So, the shape and visual feedback gives the thrower everything they need to keep their FB throws dialed-in even during plyometric warm-ups.

There are also benefits in how the Flyos impacts the wall. With the limited distance from the wall when warming up, the thrower could start to recognize how the ball impacts the wall for more feedback in addition to the visual.

The Fuego Flyo Set includes one red regulation 5.25oz Flyo, and one blue overload (8oz) Flyo. Sets and bundles are available.
